Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery timeframes for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. The shipping timeframe is based on the date that the order ships and is picked up by the carrier, not the date that the order is placed. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

For shipments outside of the United States, please Contact Us with your item (s), and shipping information and someone will get back to you with a quote. Recipients of deliveries made outside the US may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we would advise you check the custom duty threshold of the country you require your items to be sent to before you order, and keep your total cart value below that threshold should you wish to avoid any additional charges.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To make a return, you must SUBMIT RETURN FORM with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond, and if approved, send instructions for how to return items from your order and where to send. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you received the wrong item or a defective item, please make note of that in your return request, in most cases we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective item.  

Aqua Creek Returns & Warranty Process

For general returns of Aqua Creek products, a 15% restocking fee will be issued for each item; shipping is not covered or reimbursed. For exchanges, including faulty products or items under warranty, you must first request the return then purchase the replacement part. Replacement parts are ordered and paid in full upfront, the replacement part will be shipped with a Return shipping label to send faulty parts back. Once the faulty part is back and tested, if tested badly a warranty refund will be issued for the part that was shipped out. Refunds depend on the year of warranty and results of testing. If​ parts​ test good,​ the​ customer has the option to keep the new part with no refund or they can send back the new part and ACP will ship back the original part and issue a refund for the new part minus shipping. Faulty parts need to be returned within 30 days.
