The TM100 is a power trigger mechanism that attaches to your trigger guard. It is simple to install on any weapon with a standard trigger guard.
You choose the firing option: sip (slight suction through a tube), bite (rubber-encapsulated bite switch), or two-button push (one button acts as a safety and must be held to make the fire button live). You can purchase a safety pendant switch as a backup safety for either the sip or bite firing option which will only allow the user to fire the weapon if the safety pendant switch button is held down. This is not necessary for the two-button push option because it already uses two buttons to fire the weapon.
This will come with a bracket of your choice. Choose the bracket according to where the safety is located on your trigger guard. If the safety is located on the upper front of the trigger guard, choose the front bracket. If the safety is located on the upper rear of the trigger guard, choose the rear bracket. If the safety is not present on the trigger guard or if the trigger is about centered in the trigger guard, a rear bracket is most commonly used. For rifles that have the trigger to the very rear of the trigger guard, a front bracket is suggested. Choose an AR-15 bracket for all standard mill spec AR-15 lowers. Choose an AR-10 bracket for all standard mill spec AR-10 lowers. The AR brackets fit in the rectangular recess of the trigger guard. For crossbows, we cannot guarantee our standard brackets will always fit due to crossbow manufacturers making different trigger guard sizes and shapes. It may take more lead time to build a custom bracket for your crossbow trigger guard. We will reach out to check the model of your crossbow to build your bracket.
For best results, allow approximately ½” between the trigger and the rod of the trigger mechanism, allowing the trigger mechanism to strike the trigger.
This product is a great companion to the LM100 if you need help pulling the trigger.
